We’ll also edit all the configuration settings necessary for your web sites to be fully functional on our innovative cloud hosting platform.Our techs are completely capable of moving any sort of website. With years of experience in the industry, they’re well–versed in the inner workings of our hosting platform, our Control Panel and all other commonly used Control Panels. For them, transferring a custom–made application with lots of custom libraries is as easy as transferring a plain WordPress–based weblog.

A: While we can’t give you a precise time window, since there are plenty of variables, including the physical size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will do our very best to move your web site within 48 hours, and in some cases – within 24 hours (if the website content is not large).

A: We don’t gather any sensitive data. We will need, however, the login info for your present hosting account as well as the name of the web site that you want to move.

A: Before we can begin the migration of your account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share exactly the same details you have provided to your old hosting provider. We’ve also got a very strict Privacy Policy, which specifies how delicate information is handled.

A: We can transfer your web site from any hosting provider or any Linux–driven web hosting platform as long as we can access the Control Panel and there’s File Transfer Protocol access available.The only websites that we cannot migrate are those based on closed–source software apps such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
