And that is where our Optional Admin Services solution will help you out. With it, your server will be added to our own custom–developed monitoring system, which will keep an eye on all the essential tasks. And in the event of any service failure, our system administrators will be alerted right away and they will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Our company offers a much simpler and easier solution with our Optional Admin Services package. We’ll make a full backup of your server every single week, so you never need to be scared of losing key info. And we can always retrieve a backup really fast. All the backups are saved on a special machine with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything happens to any part of your stored content, we’ve got your back.

With it, you will have the complete and uninterrupted attention of one of our well–trained technical support engineers who will install and configure any software program or solve any trouble that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

    The Optional Admin Services package comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With the KVM VPS Servers, it’s an additional feature.
